Responsabilities
Data Strategy and Vision
- Define and lead the company’s approach to utilizing data as a growth driver.
- Ensure that data is central to key decision-making processes and future business direction.
Innovation and Advanced Analytics
- Drive the adoption of advanced analytics and visualization tools to reveal actionable insights.
- Explore and implement emerging technologies to keep the company on the cutting edge of data capabilities.
Project and Process Management
- Supervise data initiatives, both ongoing and new, to ensure smooth execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Enhance data workflows and introduce process improvements that boost quality and efficiency.
Team Building and Development
- Grow and mentor the data team, identifying the skills needed and supporting new team members.
- Create a collaborative environment that empowers the team to achieve their best work.
Compliance and Data Governance
- Maintain compliance with all applicable data standards and regulations.
- Establish and enforce governance practices to guarantee data accuracy, security, and consistency.
