Responsibilities
Strategic M&A Planning
- Identify and assess potential acquisition opportunities that align with the company’s long-term goals.
- Develop and execute comprehensive M&A strategies, including target selection, due diligence, and integration planning.
Due Diligence and Valuation
- Conduct detailed financial analyses and valuations of target companies.
- Lead the due diligence process, coordinating with cross-functional teams to evaluate risks and opportunities.
Deal Execution and Negotiation
- Negotiate terms and agreements with target companies, ensuring favorable deal structures and outcomes.
- Oversee the transaction process from initial contact through closing, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
Integration Leadership
- Develop integration plans that ensure seamless transitions post-acquisition.
- Work closely with internal teams to align processes, systems, and cultures for successful integration.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Track and measure the performance of acquired companies to ensure expected synergies are realized.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on M&A activities and outcomes.
