Responsibilities
Payroll Management and Administration
- Oversee the full payroll cycle, including new hires, terminations, incidents, and severance calculations.
- Ensure correct application of collective agreements and labor regulations in payroll processes.
Labor Advisory Services
- Provide proactive and personalized support to clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Identify opportunities to optimize HR management and labor cost efficiency.
Contract Management and Employee Relations
- Draft and manage employment contracts, extensions, and modifications based on client needs.
- Advise on terminations, disciplinary actions, and labor procedures to minimize legal risks.
Compliance and Government Relations
- Ensure compliance with all labor obligations, including Social Security, income tax withholdings, and regulatory requirements.
- Represent clients before official entities (Social Security, SEPE, Labor Inspectorate, etc.).
Digital Transformation and Process Improvement
- Utilize advanced HR and payroll software (Sage, A3, NominaSOL, or similar) to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate on the digitization of labor management and the implementation of workflow improvements.
Internal Projects and Collaboration
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Nivel 5’s labor management services.
- Propose innovative solutions to optimize client experience and internal operations.

Educational Background
- Degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Additional training in labor law, payroll administration, or HR compliance is a plus.
Professional Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in labor management and payroll, preferably in a consultancy or HR services firm.
Technical Knowledge
- Proficiency in payroll and HR management tools (Sage, A3, NominaSOL, or similar).
- Strong understanding of Spanish labor laws, social security regulations, and tax obligations related to payroll (IRPF, Social Security contributions, etc.).
- Experience representing clients before official entities such as Social Security, SEPE, and the Labor Inspectorate is a plus.
