Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Development
  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract, hire, and retain top talent across all functions.
  • Develop training, mentorship, and career development programs to nurture employee growth.
Employee Engagement & Experience
  • Create initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, well-being, and productivity.
  • Design feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the employee experience.
People Strategy & Culture
  • Define and implement a people strategy that supports business growth and fosters a strong company culture.
  • Create an environment where collaboration, innovation, and professional growth thrive.
HR Operations & Compliance
  • Oversee HR processes, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and aligned with company goals.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and best practices in all HR functions.
Organizational Growth & Change Management
  • Support the company’s growth by developing scalable people policies and frameworks.
  • Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during periods of growth and transformation.
