Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Market Expansion
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
  • Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and potential markets to accelerate expansion.
Sales & Partnership Development
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and close high-impact deals that align with the company’s long-term objectives.
Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
  • Oversee the development of lead generation initiatives to attract high-value clients.
  • Manage and optimize the sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities.
Collaboration & Cross-functional Alignment
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business development efforts with company goals. 
  • Provide market insights and feedback to improve offerings and strengthen competitive positioning.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
  • Establish KPIs and track performance metrics to measure the success of business development initiatives.
  • Continuously refine strategies based on data-driven insights and industry trends.
